Less than 72 hours!

The title is correct...we leave in less than 72 hours! And I think they are going to be hectic. I (Chris) have two more days at work and Tammy will be busy preparing us to leave. She has definitely shouldered this task well.

God answered our prayer for an amazing worship time with our church before we leave. The Holy Spirit was definitely present in our service today. Our pastor asked Tammy and I to come forward and he and the church prayed over us. We have been blessed with an awesome church family. We were given many hugs and well wishes. Most importantly, we were told by many people that they will be praying for us. This is definitely what we need. We were also given Godly words by our Elder and his wife. The paper had the verse Luke 15:3 which is the Parable of the Lost Sheep. They told us that we have to leave the 99 to save the 1 and how we are Ava's hope for salvation. They reminded us that the boys will be fine while we are gone. We were given confirmation that the words were from God when another friend came to us with the exact same words about leaving the 99 to save the 1. God is so good and amazing. What a way to spend Father's Day!!

We have put together a Prayer Calendar for the trip. If anyone would like a copy, please email us and we will send it to you. Our main prayer right now is that God provides perfect health for us and everyone on our flight so that we are not quarantined.
